Delivery Policy
Easychinaflower delivers flowers and gifts anywhere in mainland China. We will attempt to deliver a product on the requested day if it is ordered before the time limition descripted in Detail Description of the item. However, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery though we will try out best to deliver at the time period you prefered.
1. Same Day Delivery We provide same day delivery for most items (except those explicitly indicated in Detail Description) on orders placed as late as 3pm in Beijing time. During peak seasons(Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese Valentine's Day, and Christmas), the cut-off time of same day delivery is 2pm beijing time.
2. 7 Days a Week Delivery ServiceWe work 7 days a week to accept orders and deliver items you ordered to addresses within mainland China.
3. Free Delivery Service We provide absolutely free delivery service for all flowers purchased in our sites to all cities in mainland China, even for those delivery at night, Sunday & Public holidays.
If there is NONE any flower items in your order, U$6.0 delivery charge is applicable. Customized gifts are assumed to be flower item if values of selected flowers is more than $10.
4. Holiday Delivery During Valentine's day, Mother's Day, Chinese Valentine's Day and Christmas period, we have huge orders and keep the rights to
1) stop same day service;
2) deliver your order before the holiday date;
3) charge a special delivery fee if you insist delivery on the specific date required;
5. Call prior delivery and U$6.00 for the second delivery attemp. Normally we may call the receiver prior delivery to confirm the address and select a convenient time to deliver. If you do NOT provide contact number(or you ask us not call ahead of time to keep the receiver a surprise) and the recipient is not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender, we will contact you, make arrangements to deliver at another time, and U$6.00 delivery charge is appliable.
6. We are not responsible for:
(1). Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, a re-route requested by the sender or the recipient, or unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
(2). Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
